Life Link Today offers its services to low-income groups in all 50 states and in Puerto Rico. We cater to individuals who are on government assistance programs and seek welfare benefits. If you or someone you know receives food stamps, Medicaid, or uses public housing, you can freely access our cell phone services without any commitments.

Life Link Today refers to standard eligibility programs available in the United States and Puerto Rico that may be used as proof of subsidy. These include:

  • Medicaid
  • Medi-Cal
  • Food Stamps
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Plan (LIHEAP)
  • Section 8 Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
  • California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs)
  • National School Lunch Program
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
  • Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC)
  • Tribally-Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TTANF)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Greater Avenues for Independence (GAIN)
  • Welfare-to-Work (WTW)
  • Federal Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit Program
  • The Veterans Pension or Survivors Pension
  • Head Start Income Eligible (Tribal only)
  • Income at or below the State’s Annual Limits
  • Income at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
